Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. You can request the deletion of your Planify account and all associated data.

Before you proceed

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your profile information and account credentials
  • All calendar events, tasks, and lists you created
  • Trip plans and associated data
  • Family group membership (if you are the owner, you must transfer ownership first)
  • Your subscription (managed separately through App Store or Google Play)

Option 1: Delete from the app

    Open the Planify app and go to Settings

    Tap Delete Account and confirm your choice

Option 2: Request via email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us. Please include the email address associated with your Planify account.

What happens next?

Once we receive your deletion request, your account will be deactivated immediately and all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

During this period, your data cannot be recovered. If you submitted the request by email, we will send you a confirmation once the deletion is complete.

Please note that deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Make sure to cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play Store to avoid future charges.
